Set against serene lake views and surrounded by the soft, golden light of North County San Diego, this wedding showcase felt like stepping into a living editorial. Every detail—from the florals to the fashion—was thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that was both elevated and effortlessly romantic.
I had the pleasure of providing live piano for this beautiful event, weaving music throughout the experience as guests explored the space and connected with some of San Diego’s most talented wedding professionals.

Spanning over 200 acres of lakeside scenery, Lakehouse Resort offers a variety of stunning settings—from intimate waterfront ceremonies to expansive open-air celebrations.
One of the most striking features is the private island ceremony space—an unforgettable backdrop where couples can quite literally say “I do” surrounded by water.
Throughout the showcase, each corner of the venue told its own story—inviting couples to imagine their day unfolding from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, all within this one beautifully cohesive space.

As a pianist, my goal is always to enhance the moment without overpowering it. During the showcase, that meant adapting in real time—reading the room, responding to the energy, and creating a seamless flow as guests moved through each part of the venue.
